We currently have openings for the position of Product Manager, Sales Executive and VP - Sales at our organization. The job offers access to innovative projects in the domain of embedded systems, optics and instumentation.

  1. Product Manager
  2. Requirements:
    Experience of 2-8 years. Excellent engineering record with past experience in product development. Any techno-management experience a bonus. Publications and patents a bonus.
    Qualification:
    BE/MS/PhD (Electronics/Electrical, Instrumentation)
    Responsibilities:
    Manage multi instrumentation products, work through teams of engineers with multidisciplinary skills. Bring in personal engineering skills to present and future product development. Engineering team building.
    Reporting:
    Directly to CEO.


  3. Sales Executive
  4. Requirements:
    Experience of 2-4 years. Basic engineering degree and a zeal to sell. Good presentation and communication skills. Prior experience in sales with a record of achieving targets.
    Qualification:
    Graduate/MBA (Engineering Degree preferred)
    Responsibilities:
    Instrumentation product and solution sales over a wide array of markets. Responsible for lead generation, conversion etc. Understanding customer requirements, interaction with technical teams for solution realization.
    Reporting:
    Directly to VP Sales.


  5. VP Sales
  6. Requirements:
    Experience of 5-8 years. Prior Sales experience with teams, track record of target achievements.
    Qualification:
    Graduate/MBA (Engineering Degree preferred)
    Responsibilities:
    Manage multiproduct sales team, make feasible targets and market projections. Develop innovative sales strategies for products and markets, domestic and foreign. Sales team building.
    Reporting:
    Directly to CEO.
